Is the contractor bonded and insured, to eliminate any home owner liability should an accident occur on your property during installation? Note: Ask for a copy of their Insurance declaration form, it’s your right before any work begins on your property 4. Does the company sub out their install and labor to a sub-contractor or do they employ their own trained and certified installation crews? 5. Can the company do virtually “invisible” seams, or will the turf joints be visible after install? 6. Is the turf made in the USA by a name brand company with a proven track record and over 25 years in business?
