Polynesian Pool & Spa understands that we are in the service industry, and that our ability to provide excellence in customer service is a direct result of the level of training and the desire of each employee to go the extra mile for our customers. Polynesian has over 100 years of combined experience in the pool and spa industry, with our most junior service technician having 13 years with us.

We will achieve our mission by listening to our customers, being responsive to their needs, and provide them with a level of service exceeding their expectations. We will strive for perfection in all that we do.

Polynesian Pool & Spa has been providing excellence in customer service for 43 years. We take pride in the fact that our professional team of designers, installers, service technicians and sales staff have kept our customers returning to Polynesian for their pool and spa needs.

At Polynesian, we have been assisting the people of Michigan “discover paradise” in their own backyards for over 43 years.
