Polytech Associates Incorporated is a San Francisco based Architecture and Interior Design firm providing professional services primarily for institutional and commercial clients. Our work includes healthcare facilities, office buildings, tenant improvements, athletic facilities, restaurants, residential, and hospitality projects, as well as site and master planning. Polytech Associates Incorporated was founded in 1986. The firm is headed by a multidisciplinary leadership team, who remains actively involved in projects throughout the design and construction processes. As a result, communication lines are short and direct, allowing us to be both successful and efficient. The firm is a Woman Owned Business Enterprise and qualifies as a Small Business for Federal and State of California projects. In our experience, good communications, coordination, and teamwork between the client, contractor, architect, and subconsultants are essential to deliver a design that provides the intended benefits and an end result we can all be proud of. Our success in this regard is best illustrated by the propensity of our clients to work with us again, one of whom has retained us for over 300 projects. The majority of Polytech projects are located in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Northern California. The firm has also completed projects in North America, in Japan, and Micronesia.
