Next, we roast these beans in small batches so we can carefully control the time, temperature, and air flow, all of whcih are crucial to the roasting process. Each coffee is percisely cooked to a desired roast color inorder to bring out the best flavor and body for that particular coffee. We then expertly blend some of our coffees to create a unique balance of taste and texture that few straights can match.
