Description

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information and unique identifiers. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Travel to some ports requires special travel documents (e.g. passports or one-day visitor Tour Authorizasiton Certificate). It is your responsibility to provide Port Promotions with the appropriate document information (such as Passport number and birth date) in advance of your sailing date in order for us to confirm your tours. Failure to provide this information may cause your tour to be canceled without a refund or additional fees being charged. See the tour details or Tips for specific documents needed.

In addition to the traditional shore excursions, our concierge staff has the in-depth destination and activity knowledge to provide custom designed excursions and activities for individuals and groups to meet any request. Our principals and key managers have spent entire careers working to serve cruise guests in a variety of ways.
