Hi, I'm Paul James, along with my wife, Sarah, and sister Martha, we would like to welcome you to our little window to the world. Discover how an old cooker we found at a garage sale inspired us to reintroduce and manufacture what we believe is the finest barbeque cooker available, the Portable Kitchen® cast aluminum cooker.
