Porter Development is an integrated residential design and construction company with a singular focus on producing exceptional homes. We specialize in custom designed homes built for individual buyers and independent design homes built in select neighborhoods and developments.

Balance :: During construction our homes are continually evaluated in walk-through inspections to make sure that the plans are producing the results we have agreed upon. When necessary, we stop and consult our customers to make recommendations that will produce better results. We document quality with third party engineering evaluations in addition to required inspections. From foundations to fountains, we know that extraordinary homes are the sum total of all the details being right. We have built our business and our reputation on this simple premise.
