Steve Lindsey has been a Licensed Appraiser since 2007 and a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2012 after working with Steve Gentzkow gaining broad experience appraising a variety of properties and learning the intricacies of the appraisal business. Steve has been a life long resident of Portland's east county area, where he currently resides on his small farm. Steve attended Portland State University majoring in education and continues his appraisal education through ongoing seminars and classes.

Sean is a State Certified residential appraiser and has been licensed for 4 years with the Portland staff. He specializes on north coast properties ranging from Tillamook to Astoria and has extensive experience in standard mortgage finance transactions, construction appraisals, complex high value properties, FHA appraisals, vacant land appraisals, and estate valuations. Sean makes weekly trips to the coast and is very familiar with the area. As a result, he can typically return reports in similar time or better than most local coast appraisers.

All of our appraisers are State licensed or certified, most are FHA approved, and we are approved with all major lenders. The principals, Steve Gentzkow, MAI, SRA and Mark Hepner, SRA, have over 60 years combined experience in the appraisal industry, and are members of the Appraisal Institute. While our experience provides us with a solid foundation on which to operate, we are dedicated to keeping our staff up to date on home appraisal methods.
