Portland Tradesmen provides expertise in remodeling a wide variety of home spaces including bathrooms, kitchens, basement conversions, additions as well as custom spaces. We offer a one year warrantee on all work and products and are keen on integrating green practices when possible. Each Remodel will have a project manager who is on the project from start to finish. The project manager will be involved from the beginning of the design process through the finish details of the remodel. The Project manager will perform much of the actual remodeling work as well as supervise any other employees or sub-contractors. We understand that every home owner has unique expectations and circumstances regarding their home. Having the daily presence of an onsite manager gives the owner assurance that the person who knows their particular situation will be working to provide a detailed and efficient remodel.
