1. Do you accept Insurance and Accident Cases? Yes. We accept most major medical insurance including Medicare. We file your insurance as a courtesy to you, as well as audit all explanation of benefits to ensure your benefits are being applied correctly. If you are unsure whether we are contracted with your current insurance carrier, please give us a call! Reasonable payment arrangements are offered if needed. We also accept Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases. 2. Do I need a referral? This depends on your insurance carrier’s requirements. Most HMO policies require this. The best way to figure this out is to call the customer service number listed on your card to verify with your insurance company. If a referral is needed, you have to contact your PCP (primary care physician) to obtain your referral. Each PCP is different as to their requirements to give referrals.
