Posternak’s business immigration practice is focused on providing businesses and their foreign national employees with the legal assistance needed to obtain temporary and permanent work authorization and assisting businesses in complying with the myriad of immigration regulations, laws, rules, and practices. We are results-oriented and work to find solutions in a cost-effective and timely manner, while being mindful of business goals. Posternak’s immigration practice provides a high level of service in all areas of business immigration law.

Posternak has a sophisticated domestic relations practice, representing clients in all areas of family law including pre-marital agreements to separation and divorce actions, property division, custody and visitation disputes, modifications and contempt proceedings. We litigate matters in all probate and family courts in Massachusetts, and are experienced in representing clients in alternative dispute resolution (including mediation and conciliation).

The Holmes Group, and its principal shareholders in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of Holmes' merger into a subsidiary of Jarden Corporation. This transaction is valued at approximately $625M in cash and Jarden stock. National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative in its participation with other investors in a $156 million strategic equity financing and a $200 million term loan financing in WildBlue Communications, Inc.
