If you have questions or comments, need to check the status of a laptop or notebook order, or wish to contact us for any other reason, please use whichever method is easiest for you. We will be more than happy to help in any way we can. Please note that our business office hours for Sales and Administration are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday and our Telephone Technical Support Representatives are available 24/7 all year (except Christmas Day).
