PowerTrain is proud to have been a U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training and Management Assistance Branch (TMA) vendor for more than 10 years. In fact, a number of PowerTrain's senior staff members have been working with OPM TMA and its clients for more than 20 years.

PowerTrain employed the DOL open-source tools to develop the portal. In working with VETS, the team limited the number of links to those that were most often used. PowerTrain designed and built the online coach architecture to provide step-by-step guidance for veterans or employers looking to hire veterans. The coach quickly focuses on the career resources needed by answering several questions.

We have been working with and deploying Moodle sites since 2008 to provide Web-based training to federal employees of the United States government. Since then, we have designed and implemented Moodle sites containing thousands of online learning courses reaching hundreds of thousands of federal employees and contractors in locations around the world. We have significant expertise in deploying Skillsoft course libraries through Moodle.
