Well I don’t any mechanic that would do that for you at least not for only 15% more than a tire repair anyway. But you can get this done for your electronic automation equipment, like your PLC’s and your VFD’s and your touchscreens and any other electronic equipment that you use to run your production operation. It is a part of our Platinum Rebuild Process and it is called the Proactive Rebuild process. This is the part of the process where we replace the worn our parts, but not just the failed parts.
Power Control Services Incorporated makes reasonable economic efforts to test equipment as fully as possible. This testing is rarely a full operational test exercising every function of the equipment. Our testing primarily consists of static tests on a component level with minimal dynamic testing on a board level. We make reasonable efforts to repair all faults found, but in no way can we fully operationally test all equipment we repair. We rely on the customer to provide us with a detailed fault description or we are forced to make a best guess as to the problems with the equipment.

Monday morning brought us another challenge. A circuit board repair with no identification on it as to the manufacturer or function of the circuit board. This did not slow us down one bit.
