Description

The idea was born out of years of experience working with and mentoring leaders and internal consultants in charge of change initiatives. Many were successful, but just as many experienced struggles that kept the initiatives from being as successful as they needed to be. When we looked at our own experience as consultants, we could see the difference: struggles often came with the change agent missed creating a climate conducive to people changing. This was a different body of knowledge and skills – beyond technical or methods training and critically important.
