Production begins by accepting a built-to-order design. Our Skilled and innovative Engineering Department relies on their combined 120 years of experience and employs the latest in CAD/CAM software - GibbsCAM, Autodesk Inventor, and Virtual Gibbs - to design a process which will hold to the tightest of Aerospace specifications while yielding the highest CPK's possible. The manufacturing department then begins the metal removal process where components are machined using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Our highly trained team of machinists utilize state-of-the-art equipment for CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC and manual gun drilling, high-performance honing, CNC wire EDM, CNC OD grinding, 4-axis mill/turn and other related machines, in order to produce the highest quality machined parts in space-age alloys of titanium, stainless steel and Inconel, as well as steel & aluminum.

Today Powill proudly manufactures precision, world-class, built to order components for the modern commercial and military-grade aerospace industries.
