Description
Jamina's study of massage and bodywork is focused on the mind/body connection. With a strong emphasis on the spine and core of the body, CranialSacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy are used to create balance within the entire body. Breath and body awareness are utilized to remove energetic and emotional blocks allowing the individual to create a peace and harmony in themselves. Jamina studied at The Atlanta School of Massage and Heartwood Institute in California.
