Description

Mr. Babiak, Associate, is the President of SKYLET, Inc. He has over twenty years experience as a senior executive, commercial business development, senior program manager, technologist, and senior science advisor for commercial industry, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the United States Air Force. He has extensive experience in virtually every phase of military science and technology including research, development and testing of a broad range of state-of-the-art weapon systems.

Prior to his appointment, Tether held the position of CEO and president of The Sequoia Group, which he founded in 1996. The Sequoia Group provided program management and strategy development services to government and industry. From 1994-96, Tether served as CEO for Dynamics Technology Inc. From 1992-94, he was vice president at Science Applications International Corporation's (SAIC) Advanced Technology Sector, and then was vice president and general manager for Range Systems at SAIC.

Gary assist clients in developing legislative initiatives and strategic plans based on his experience in writing laws and Congressional oversight guidance for over 500 Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army procurement and research programs. He uses the experience of annually auditing those strategic plans and acquisition milestones of those programs to advise clients on structuring effective program plans.
