George Ihana has over 20 years of experience in the financial servicing industry. George was employed at Arrow Financial Services, LLC from 1996 through 2006, with ten years of his experience spent as a collections Department Manager. He consistently hit the department monthly budget and revenue goals for key clients such as Sears, GE Money Bank, and a variety of other account receivables clients Arrow purchased from.

Praxis was established in 2006 by a talented group of professionals that supplied over 50 years of experience in accounts receivable management and collections. In a six year time span, Praxis has developed a loyal contingency client base and has grown to over 45 employees. Our team strives for maximum liquidation in all stages of the recovery process to generate revenue that will allow us continue our growth to its maximum potential. As a servicer of account receivables for a variety of credit grantors, Praxis also began to purchase debt in 2012.
