As a PCS engineer or solutions architect, your primary responsibility is to provide design, consulting and implementation and support services to our customers. In this role the majority of your time will be in a billing capacity but some presales engineering will be expected. This position will partner with the sales team, management, and other engineers as well as operate with a high degree of independence.

The PCS Critical Care Program provides a layer of support between you and the manufacturers. Our 24x7x365 program gives you the emergency support you need—when you need it. It’s our business to understand technology and how it integrates across platforms to support business operations and we’re good at what we do. Our team of solutions architects and network design experts know how to isolate and resolve infrastructure and network problems quickly.

If hired, you will work with management to develop account strategy, close contracts and maintain excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organization, the ability to multitask, great communication skills and a tenacious drive to succeed. A college degree and 2+ years of technology sales experience in the Connecticut / New York / New England region is preferred.
