Precision Contractors is a single-source residential and commercial contractor, with 50 years of combined construction experience. The company was founded in 2005, with the merger of two successful companies, H&H Partners and Phil Timm Construction. By combining the strengths of each company and their respective leaders, Precision Contractors positioned itself to meet and exceed the expectations of its clients.

Robert Hutson owned and managed Hutson Consulting Corporation in Denver Colorado. HCC provided facility and construction management. His projects ranged from providing building maintenance services for a national furniture chain to large scale construction projects. With his vast knowledge and 20 years of experience, he has successfully managed and delivered a variety of new multi-family buildings and tenant improvements, ranging from $6M to $80M. He is also a licensed General Contractor in Colorado.

Missing details and documentation practically ensure that project expectations won’t be met. We provide each client with a detailed proposal including terms, warranty, timeline, deliverables and cost. As for the work itself, we firmly believe “anything worth doing is worth doing right.
