Janet joined the Precision Copier family in 2004 and since then has become the backbone of the company. Janet is responsible for organizing and coordinating daily office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness. She makes it possible for other employees to function efficiently. Aside from running office operations Janet also, is the head of the Accounting Department and also has a background in sales. Janet oversees administrative functions, accounting procedures and human resources and all operations pertaining to accounts receivable and billing for sales and contracts. Working closely with customers to ensure the company meets their demands is also very important to her. Her experience and input assures the customer will get the best deal. Janet has built a strong relationship with our customers and strives in providing the best service.

Precision Copiers’ sales division is headed by Pablo Aviles an industry veteran and a dynamic leader who joined Precision Copier Service, Inc. in 2012. Pablo has played a stellar role in the organization’s growth among business ever since he joined PCS. Early in his career, he discovered his sales ability and interest in new technology and decided to join Precision Copier. Pablo directs the sales strategies of Precision Copier and is responsible for sales, service and customer-support. He has more than 10 years of industry experience in Computer Hardware/Software Sales. This experience has played a key-role in driving the photocopier leasing business at Precision Copier as he leveraged his customer base and sales experience built over 10 years. His business network in the local Miami and Fort Lauderdale area is a vital asset for Precision Copier as it looks to grow in the expanding copier leasing market. Pablo has been ranked among the top sales people having won the Presidents Club Award for 2011-2012 and being awarded as the Top South Florida Salesman in 2010-2011 in the small to mid size business market.
