Through our concept of construction management rather than traditional general contracting we have found a process to make this experience enjoyable and cost effective. We offer the following services:- - Cost estimates and budgeting - Value engineering - Site Supervision and scheduling - Quality control and input on design - Financial updates and reports We recognize the time commitment an owner has in building a custom home and that many owners want to be involved in their projects rather than bystanders. As each owners situation is different we tailor our services and pricing to each situation. We have worked with long distance and local owners all to their satisfaction. We focus on our customers happiness rather than the bottom line of a fixed cost contract or soliciting change orders . Don't pay a contractors arbitrary 15% profit and overhead.
