Precision Mfg. Co., Inc. is a Tier 1 kitting supplier, providing custom kitting services that allow our customers to focus on their core business. We can handle bar coding, bag labeling, special packaging, or other custom services. Our staff is experienced with component sourcing, even difficult part sourcing, as well as supplier management. By assuming responsibility for inventory management, we at Precision Manufacturing Company, Inc. can shorten inventory cycles. In addition, customers have to handle fewer components.

Precision Mfg. Co., Inc. is a world class provider of wire harnesses. Precision has the most advanced equipment to cut wire to length, hot stamp, add weather seals, and terminate wires automatically at high rates of speed. The crimping machines have encoders measuring exact lengths of each wire and destroying any wires with incorrect lengths. Each termination press has crimp force monitoring assuring perfect crimps every time. PMCI can process wire ranging in size from 00 to 30 gauge with almost any type of covering (GXL, TEFLON, THHN, PTFE, and many more).

Precision Mfg. Co., Inc. was founded in 1967 by Marshall and Faye Ledwick. Precision grew with the Dayton automotive industry over the years. With the passing of Marshall Ledwick and the changing landscape of manufacturing Faye Ledwick sought new leadership in 2002 to meet the demands of a competitive world market. After an exhaustive search President, Donnie Hill was hired. Mr. Hill set a new course for PMCI moving from automotive to industries that demanded a highly trained, quick responding domestic workforce. Since 2002 Precision has experienced yearly continued growth of 425%.

From the beginning we had built a relationship with our customer that provided complete understanding of the systems and their requirements. PMCI immediately sent our President to our customer's home office to meet with their management and engineering staff to develop a plan of action. With that plan our techs redesigned wire lengths and began production of the new wire and our purchasing department began to source the breakers and their assembly all within the same day of receiving the plan of action.
