PMI began operations in 1987, when Doug Boles and Dwight Phillips began producing five products in a 4,000-square-foot rented building. In 1998, Boles and his wife, Sarah, became sole owners. Today, the company operates out of its own 84,000-square-foot facility on 32 acres. We employ more than 150 associates who operate three shifts, five days a week and produce more than 600 different parts for a variety of clients and industry uses. The company’s customer-driven processes have led to a diversity of operations using state-of-the-art equipment and leading-edge technology. PMI continues to grow as the market for quality, precision molded products expands. Our commitment to value, exacting standards and customer satisfaction has driven our success and longevity.
