Welcome to Precision Planning, Inc. (PPI), a full-service engineering and architectural design firm headquartered in Lawrenceville, Ga., with satellite offices in Monroe and Savannah. Providing technical expertise with professional integrity and superior service, PPI has worked with public and private clients in and around Georgia for 30 years. As a regional firm, we have a stake in the communities we serve and an understanding of local regulations that can only come from years of working with local governments.

Our management team – which has more than 200 years of combined experience – works together to build client partnerships, provide superior service and create excellent designs. We’re doing more than providing engineering and architectural services – we’re designing the future, one project at a time.

For over 30 years, PPI has provided comprehensive and cost-effective design and engineering solutions to public and private clients across Georgia and the surrounding area. With planners, engineers, architects, surveyors and landscape architects all under one roof, we offer diverse solutions based on our clients’ unique needs.

Founded in Lawrenceville, Ga., in 1982 as a planning, engineering and surveying firm, Precision Planning, Inc. (PPI) soon expanded its scope to keep pace with clients’ needs. Today, PPI offers architecture; grant procurement; land planning; landscape architecture; surveying; land development engineering, water resources, and transportation engineering. In 2007, PPI opened its satellite office in Monroe, Ga., to better serve clients in Walton and Oconee Counties and in other northeast Georgia communities. In 2012 PPI opened its satellite office in historic downtown Savannah.

Nothing says PPI like our signature maroon surveying trucks, which cross all kinds of land, in all kinds of weather. Our expert teams use state-of-the-art technology, including Global Positioning Systems, to deliver accurate and on-time survey results for commercial, municipal and residential development projects. We have ten crews working in the field, so you can count on a speedy response to your surveying needs.
