We can recruit participants to your office or you may choose to use our specially designed facility near O’Hare airport. We provide participants from 6 cou nties.

We assist in survey design, programming, as well as launching surveys to your customer email list. After the survey, we provide the results in a powerpoint presentation or raw data anyway you like it: Excel, SPSS, CSV and more. If you need help finding targeting sample, we do that too. Because we are not panel owners we are free to consider all sources, from magazine subscribers to panel houses like e-rewards and Authentic Response. The choice is yours.

Respondents have separate waiting rooms that allow you and your clients the ease of movement throughout our office without being seen or heard by respondents. Our layout also provides privacy from other research projects and clients. In addition, each of our focus rooms have floor to ceiling mirrors with a second pane of sound insulating glass so clients observing have the freedom to speak freely. Comfort – Each and every room has its own heating and air conditioning system which we set to your comfort level. Observation rooms are spacious and luxurious. Most rooms include multi-level viewing, a minimum of 25 feet of counter space and some offer unique productivity seating called ToDo Chairs. Focus rooms are well appointed with a convenience bar, stocked office supply drawer, sound deadened tack friendly walls and concept rails.
