We understand that your facility is a user of resources and therefore needs to be operated at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining an appropriate level of outward appearance, meeting the demands of various governing bodies, employees and senior management.

At PTI we understand that our clients core business is not facility operations, building maintenance, construction, equipment installation or repair. However, we also know and understand these non revenue producing aspects of our clients business are ever present and must be dealt with if the core business is to continue to grow in both depth and breadth. It is from this perspective that PTI operates. Our desire is to provide quality service at a fair and reasonable cost.
