Mrs. Garcia has 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started as a Customer Service Representative and moved to management in 2005. As Customer Service Manager, she acts as a liaison between customers and Capitol Preferred Insurance Co, Southern Fidelity Insurance Co & Southern Fidelity Property & Casualty Co making sure that the lines of communications remain open. Sandra is dedicated to delivering a level of excellence in customer service and satisfaction unparalleled in the business world.

Mr. Joe Graganella has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as the Director of Claims for Capitol Preferred Insurance Company, Southern Fidelity insurance Company and Southern Fidelity Property and Casualty. Prior to his promotion in 2009, Joe spent eight years as their Assistant Claims Manager helping to lead the companies through the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons in Florida and the 2008 and 2012 hurricane seasons in Louisiana.

Mr. Graganella has over twenty years of experience guiding all levels and strategic decisions for a variety of insurance companies. His business skills coupled with legal expertise have resulted in recognition as an influential leader within the insurance industry. He has spent considerable time working with hurricane modeling and reinsurance brokers. Mr. Graganella has developed insurance products and rates in response to current market conditions. He has proven creativity in developing business and legal strategies to gain and sustain a competitive advantage. Mr.
