They knew we wanted to sell, so they found a tenant who was interested in a buy option. Our tenants never missed a payment and after 4 years were able to save enough money to purchase. Our relationship with Preferred Property Management has been a great experience and they have been very helpful. In the end, the tenants did buy our house.
