Founded in 1991, PSS was originally focused on providing information technology and engineering services to the commercial market. After building a successful commercial staffing practice, in 1998 PSS sold its commercial business to a publicly owned company. PSS then shifted its mission to providing information technology, engineering, and program management services to Government agencies. In September 2007, PSS was recapitalized by CM Equity Partners and its affiliates (CMEP).

Our approach to providing staffing services focuses on one main goal; delivering a value added service to our customers. At PSS we define “value added” as the ability to provide customers with highly qualified candidates in a time efficient and cost effective manner. We focus on providing our clients with candidates that would otherwise be unknown to them and we strive to do so within 24-48 hours from the time we receive a personnel requisition.

Mr. Turlik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1979 and has over thirty years experience in the IT environment as a technical engineer. In addition to his experience in the design, analysis, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical Government systems within the Intelligence Community, he is also a subject matter expert in the areas of systems architecture, operations and maintenance support, and systems and storage engineering.

Since 1991, PSS engineers have been providing mission-critical support to major Government programs for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. PSS systems engineers are proficient in the sizing, installation and performance tuning of UNIX and Windows based systems. Our engineers are experience in the implementation of virtualized environments, server security, backup and COOP configurations, and data integrity / information assurance.
