Prehistoric Inc. based in Fountain Valley, California serves as the parent company for Prehistoric Pets, Jurassic Parties, and The Reptile Zoo which are leaders in the reptile industry in providing quality products and services focused on education.

As a member of our Sales and Service team, you will use product knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life. To ensure each customer has a positive shopping experience and to remember that the customer is the top priority.

While on-site, this position will also involve face to face customer interaction at the hands-on booth inside The Reptile Zoo. Here your responsibly will be providing the utmost customer service and encouraging guests to enjoy all aspects The Reptile Zoo has to offer. As part of the unique hands-on interaction Prehistoric Inc. offers its customers reptiles, amphibians, and bugs are handled on a regular basis. All staff must have (or acquire) a basic knowledge of these animals and be able to maintain their composure while handling.

At our in-store parties we provide the presentation and room. Anything else is optional and needs to be brought by you. Most of our guests bring: utensils, paper goods, cake, pizza, miscellaneous snacks, party favors, table cloths, and extra decorations. In the Amazon Room there are 2 six foot tables for food and gifts and 2 eight foot tables for seating and in the Congo Room there are 3 six foot tables for seating and 1 for serving.
