Flag Boxes for Families of 9/11/01 On request from the House of Representatives in Washington, DC, Prestar Packaging was given the honor of manufacturing 15,000 flag boxes with the United States House of Representatives seal stamped in gold on the front. These boxes were shipped directly to the Capital building where a special American Flag was placed inside each box. They were presented by our leaders with highest honors to the surviving families of the brave Americans who lost their lives in the tragic attacks on our nation in New York, at the Pentagon and aboard the downed aircraft in Pennsylvania. In addition, Congress has seen fit to award these flags and boxes to other rescue and relief workers who have so diligently given their time and efforts in the wake of these tragedies. In an effort to show solidarity and express our deepest sympathy and concern for all our fallen citizens and heroes during this crisis, Prestar Packaging basically donated the boxes for this project. Many of our vendors either donated or drastically reduced prices for their materials in a joint effort to push this project forward. We have a full range of box sizes for a wide variety of applications. We furnish handmade custom designed sample boxes available in an almost endless array of paper colors, textures and styles.
