We provide a complete line of tile and grout cleaning, sealing, regrouting, recaulking and restoration services for all of your tile and grout care needs. We service the greater Seattle and Northern Puget Sound regions including Seattle, Lynnnwood, Bothell, Mill Creek and Everett. We also serve the greater Eastside including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Issaquah and Sammamish. We provide FREE Estimates for all the services we perform and we explain the various cleaning, sealing and restoration options available for your tile and grout.

We provide the latest "Green Seal Certified" biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for your family and pets as well as being safe for the environment. Additionally our truckmounted steam cleaning machine thoroughly rinses and extracts all the dirt, grease, grime and excess cleaning agents from your tile and grout. We give firm estimates for all of the cleaning, sealing and restoration services we offer and we don't try to upsell our customers or change the estimated price after the job has been completed.

A. Our Colorseal can match nearly every grout manufacturer's color palette. We provide sample color pallets to ensure you will be happy with the color of your colorsealed grout.
