We engaged Primary Design to establish and attract prospects to Potomac Yard, one of Pulte Homes’ flagship multi-family communities in one of the largest urban redevelopment areas in Alexandria, just outside of DC. Primary Design branded the community; designed collateral including an award-winning brochure; designed and maintained a marketing website prior to opening for sale to capture leads; and planned, designed and managed a multi-dimensional advertising campaign for us. We were very pleased with the results of the overall program that they created for us.

I could be a design firm’s worst nightmare, I am not one to compromise. But neither does Primary Design. For more than 15 years we have maintained a successful professional relationship and personal friendship. We have worked with them on a myriad of sales and marketing projects from brochures, to advertising campaigns, website designs to sales environments, sign systems and even holiday cards. Their proven ability to conceptualize and deliver high quality, creative solutions is a result of intellect, talent and savvy client management. The value of working with Primary cannot be overstated.

Over the course of 15 years, we built our business without any outside marketing help, to become one of the largest regional retail/wholesale landscape supply businesses in the Northeast. Coming into our 2007 season, we came to grips with the fact that not only were we behind the times in terms of our internet marketing but our business was beginning to plateau. We realized that we could use some guidance. Primary Design was referred to us and we contacted them. Even in our first meeting, we had confidence that they understood our business and vision for growth.

My introduction to Primary Design began when I joined Abbott Development as their Senior VP of Sales and Marketing. Primary had been in place as Abbott’s design and marketing partner for several years working directly with the principals of our company. Of course, as any company’s new marketing director will tell you, I was of the opinion that as the in-place firm, they needed to prove their value to me. It didn’t take long. Not only did Primary exceed my expectations project after project but they brought something to the table that is so rare today…a sense of caring.
