Description
Prime Finance Partners (“Prime Finance”) was formed in June 2008 by San Francisco based Prime Group and three former managing directors at Natixis Real Estate Capital Inc., Scott Douglass, Steve Gerstung and Jon Brayshaw. Prime Finance is a commercial real estate debt investment and origination platform which acquires performing, sub-performing and distressed debt. The group’s first fund, Prime Finance Partners I, closed with just under $200 million of equity commitments.
