Prime General Contractors LLC was established in 2005 by principal partners Larry Raasch and Gregg Paschke. Larry and Gregg have a combined experience of more than 60 years in the commercial construction industry. Our mission is to be a full service general contractor that is built on a strong ethical foundation, clear communication, and quality workmanship, while providing expertise and value to our clients. The core values of Prime General Contractors are family, community involvement, and achieving long lasting relationships.

Derek Clarkin is a project manager for Prime General Contractors. He has more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, including eight years as a project manager. Derek has extensive experience in the health care industry, working with the Minnesota State Building Codes division, Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota State Fire Marshall.

Prime General Contractors LLC is a mid-size commercial general contractor based in Eagan, Minnesota. Established in 2005, we offer full service general contracting. We establish long-term relationships with our clients based on value, trust and our ability to follow through and successfully complete projects. Our experience, leadership and safety record show our dedication and commitment to our clients.

Gregg Paschke and Larry Raasch established Prime General Contractors LLC in 2005. Both held tenure as vice presidents at the firm Kraus Anderson Construction Company before founding Prime General Contractors. Combined, the partners have more than 60 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. They provide estimating, project management, cost analysis and scheduling for the firm's design-build and competitive bid construction projects. Larry and Gregg are personally involved in each and every one of Prime General Contractors' construction projects, large or small.
