Description
The In-Out Board program is the ULTIMATE people management software program that you can download for FREE. We made In-Out Board to be powerful, yet simple. We have also made it modular, customizable, flexible and expandable. The In-Out Board program is quite different from traditional In-Out Board applications in that we have designed it so that you can create separate In-Out Boards for different types of monitoring needs. We have really made In-Out Board to be whatever YOU want it to be. For example, you may have a need to keep separate In-Out Boards for the following types of information... A customer named ''Bill'' calls in to your business on Line-1 asking to speak to ''John''. This happens to be a very important client - perhaps your sales staff has been working very hard to land this account, or perhaps it's a customer that is about to make a very large purchase with your company, or perhaps it's a very important customer that has had problems connecting with the right person at your company and is already a bit agitated about it, and needs to talk to the right person immediatly. The receptionist who answered the call politely puts the customer on hold, then pages over the intercom system for ''John'' to pick up the call on Line-1. A minute or two goes by and the call rings back to the receptionist because the call was not picked-up. The receptionist says... ''Are you still holding for John?... I'm sorry, let me try him again.'' She puts the frustrated customer back on hold. A co-worker happens to walk by the receptionist. The receptionist asks the co-worker if he knows if John is in the office. The co-worker says... ''I ''think'' John is in the office, but I haven't seen him in a while so I don't really know for sure.'' After another minute goes by, the receptionist contimplates having to page John a third time or find someone else to help the customer. She finds a co-worker named ''Ken'' who also works in John's department, and asks him if he could help the customer who is still holding on Line-1. Ken goes to his phone to pick-up Line-1 but there is no one there. The important frustrated customer who had been holding for John all this time is now dialing your competitor! The customer spent several minutes on-hold, and the receptionist spent several minutes trying to find John (who was never there in the first place) to pick-up Line-1. Now if the company was using the In-Out Board program, the receptionist could have simply looked at her computer monitor and would have known instantly that John was out, and with one mouse-click she also would have seen the ''message'' that John posted on his IN-OUT status. The message from John for all In-Out Board users was... ''I'm out of the office until 3:00, and if ''Bill'' from Microsoft calls, give him my personal cell phone number because there was a very ''big deal'' in the works. Most companies who have office personnell can relate to this example to some degree, and has probably lost sales due to the in-efficiency of putting customer's in-touch with the right people in a timely manner. So please give the In-Out Board program a try.
