We have been in the business of cleaning oil spills on residential properties for 20 years in the Halifax area, we have the resources to complete these clean ups quickly and efficiently.

The client hired Priority to remove an underground tank that was no longer in use. After removal of the tank, remediation work was required. Priority completed the required remediation work and carried out the necessary reinstatement to permit a pending sale of the property to move forward. We have 20+ years of experience in meeting provincial clean up guidelines to move real estate transactions forward when situations require.
