Our philosophy is a management company should serve to guide, train, and assist the association in reducing costs, while retaining or increasing property values. Property management should be an asset to your association, not an additional expense.

Priority One Management, Inc. is a community association management company providing pro-active management services to townhome and condominium associations in and around the Twin Cities Metro area .

Operating our property independently and with a previous management company was frustrating at best. Once Priority One came in and fixed our issues, we have been running smoothly ever since. Priority One Management and our Account Manager Brieanna have both gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. We love working with you guys.
