David Evans brings over 28 years of experience in organizational leadership and program and resource management and planning in secure communication networks and command and control systems. He retired in March 2012 at the rank of Colonel while serving as the 119th CACS Squadron Commander. His former unit supported USSTRATCOM and its global command and control mission to provide the joint war fighter global situational awareness through a worldwide communications network support and the management of space, air, sea, and ground-based operational C2 assets.

Jamie Lisson has over 40 years of experience in accounting and management. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Register, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Del Baird has over 27 years of experience in engineering and engineering-related projects that include managing design/build projects, managing and scheduling the labor force to perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities, compliance sampling and reporting, operations of groundwater treatment facilities, remedial investigations, remedial actions, feasibility studies, and D&D projects. Over his career, he managed numerous complex projects at EPA, DoD, and DOE sites and for private industry valued up to $68M per year.
