Founded in May 2001, ProComp is a privately owned company representing over sixteen hundred employers throughout Ohio . Our clients span all standard industry codes and range in size from a few to thousands of employees.

I have been working with ProComp for the past 6 years. When I took over the workers' comp duties, I had no previous training or experience and our company had very high reserves and no light duty program. This has all changed thanks to the input and guidance from ProComp. Our claims manager is very patient and has always answered all of my questions, explained the processes of the BWC and advised us on how to reduce our premiums.

Our goal is to provide professional claims management in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining positive rapport and good communication with the injured employee, medical providers and our customer. Teamwork between the client and our account managers and claims representatives enable us to achieve this goal.
