Description

Bill was raised on a large family irrigated farm and ranch in west Texas at the foot of the Guadalupe Mountains. He graduated from the School of Business Administration at Menlo College in Atherton, California with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1984 and was awarded The Wall Street Journal Award. He has operating experience in software and industrial businesses. At Noumenon Corporation in Alameda, California he worked in various sales and marketing capacities before being appointed Vice President, Sales.

ProFinance® concentrates on typically harder-to-finance small to medium sized companies, often ones in service industries with meaningful enterprise value versus balance sheet value, and has been active in the field since its inception in 1985. Most of our business originates from referrals from current or former clients or individuals who know our track record in a given industry. We provide reference letters and contacts to interested parties to attest to our past experience.

Recurring Revenue Service industries have included electronic security, HVAC, energy management, healthcare (devices and services), Internet, power production and conditioning, software (including SaaS), telecommunications and specialty financial services as well as various other high and low-tech services. ProFinance® has assisted clients in identifying and developing new asset classes, helped form new companies to provide services, and structured financing facilities.
