Pro Buyers is completely independent of all digital copier manufacturers and dealers. Many organizations and many people claim to offer unbiased copier consulting, but in reality are funded or employed by equipment manufacturers and/or their dealers. On the contrary, we are 100% funded directly by office equipment buyers like you.Since the company's inception over five years ago (March, 2001), Pro Buyers has established three regional offices (in Indiana, Florida and California) to complement our headquarters location in New Jersey, with the goal of providing highly personalized service to our growing customer base.Our staff includes professionals with both copier industry and copier purchasing backgrounds: Jeff Smith's 25+ year copier industry career includes sales and marketing positions at the headquarters level (click on this link to his resume); Tim Freeman held the positions of Director of Purchasing Services and Director of Information Systems during his 32-year career at Indiana's second-largest school district (see his resume by clicking here); and Laura McLain, formerly Photocopy Services Manager for 13 years at a prestigious university (Pepperdine University in Malibu, California) brings extensive copier purchasing and strategic negotiation expertise to the table (click here for her resume).
