VERN HOLTZ - owner Vern's passion is creating beautiful landscapes. He creates, designs and prepares the proposals and oversees all projects from start to finish. He assists the clients in all material selections and design changes. He manages the supervisors to ensure that the on-site crews are scheduled properly during the construction phase. Vern has an innate ability is to visualize a finished landscape. He works with his foresight and the client, to produce the perfect "client personalized landscape". .......................................................................................................................................... ROBIN HOLTZ - owner As the co-owner and office manager of Pro Earth Landscape, Robin brings over 20 years of experience in multiple aspects of business. Her background includes office management with several homebuilders, customer service and real estate sales. Robin is involved in the daily operations of Pro Earth; overseeing all contracts, billings, financials, and submittal of permits for city and applicable homeowners associations. She especially enjoys customer relationships and works very closely with clients and staff to ensure a smooth, long lasting working relationship .......................................................................................................................................... LISA - project assistant Aside from everyday responsibilities around the office, her position includes scheduling of all prospective and current clients, assisting with ordering of materials for projects, scheduling of all walkthroughs, and submittal of the Home Owners Association's requirements. Lisa works closely with Vern and client relations to assure the project is managed smoothly and client's needs are met as soon as possible. Since joining, she has brought a professionalism and enthusiasm that fits well with the entire Pro Earth team and we are happy to have her! .......................................................................................................................................... BRANDON We are proud to have Brandon as a part of the Pro Earth team. His experience gives him the knowledge and skills to oversee the process and stay on top of the details that it takes to run a project from start to finish. On a daily basis he manages crews that perform: wiring, lighting, automation of irrigation, installation of barbecues, fire pits, water feature pumps and clocks. He specializes in troubleshooting and assisting in the final "touches" to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Brandon also participates in ongoing landscape education to stay on top of the most current information and technologies available for the perfection of your project. .......................................................................................................................................... HECTOR Hector manages our masonry crew and is also a hands-on supervisor working along side his crews.
