I have gained extensive experience in management of multi billion construction projects in both the Middle East and Europe. I am currently focused on construction and real estate activities in the Czech Republic. I have a good knowledge of the current situation in the Czech construction and property industry. From July 2002 I was employed by The Acred Group s.r.o. (Zlatnicka 10, Prague). My position was; Office/Field Engineer at the security upgrade of American Embassy in Prague. I was the assistant to the Site Project Manager and the QA Manager. Both Americans were representatives of the Perini Corporation, US government agencies for the Overseas Building Operations ( OBO ) and the Department of State ( DoS ). Since January 2003 I have been employed directly by the Perini Corporation (73 Mt Wayte Ave., Framingham, MA 01701, USA) as a Project Engineer.
