Debbie has been working with PROTECH Construction since 2003. She has over 17 years of Personnel and Human Resources experience overlaid with 7 years of experience in Payables. Debbie is experienced in Customer Relations and enjoys working with people. She possesses more than 7 years of exposure to the world of construction and its related trades, making her confident in assisting you with any questions you may have regarding your project. Debbie works hard at providing superior customer service whenever called upon.

Dawna Lutynski, Senior Marketing Director has been working with PROTECH Construction since 1987 and has worked not only in the marketing field, but has office and field experience on some of our projects such as large losses and pack outs. Working in the various fields has enabled Dawna to become very familiar with the company and with our customers. This has helped her gain an appreciation and compassion for what the customer experiences when they have a loss to their home. Dawna brings a positive attitude not only to PROTECH but to the different insurance companies and she enjoys visiting all the different agencies on a regular basis. Dawna is familiar with the different insurance programs that PROTECH is on and will be handling most of our Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino and parts of LA County areas. She is happy to answer any question that an agent may have and will make sure that if she does not have the answer at hand, she will have the answer within a timely manner. Grant has over 15 years of experience in the Restoration Industry. He is a certified Water Remediation Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, making him more than qualified as a Structural Estimator.* *With his experience he understands that customer service along with quality workmanship is priority, and is always available to answer any questions you may have concerning the restoration of your home. Grant looks forward to working with you on your next project.

Kristin has been working with PROTECH Construction since 2005, and understands that the level of communication, as the Project Coordinator, between herself, the tradesman and the homeowner is of paramount importance so that all involved are on the same page throughout all stages of the project. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is demonstrated in her follow through and service she provides to each homeowner individually. Kristin is committed to the proper coordination and scheduling of your restoration project and is very willing and ready to care for your concerns.
