Owner and principal home inspector, Wayne E. Robbins , has more than 15 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling.
Wayne is an active ASHI National and ASHI New England member which are nationally recognized home inspection organizations. To maintain membership, one must continue to receive formal training. Pro-Tech is also a member of the Better Business Bureau . Will I receive my report at the time of the inspection? A t typical home inspection will take approximately 3 hours to perform. Following the actual inspection, time is devoted to assessing our findings and composing the report. The narrative portion of the report is emailed to the client the evening of the inspection (in most instances) as a pdf.
