Procon has provided planning, program management and construction management services to the USCG in support of their effort to modernize the existing Transpoint and Jemal Riverside Buildings housing the existing USCG headquarters in Washington DC. We are currently providing support services for the subsequent relocation of the USCG Headquarters to a new facility on the site of the old Washington DC St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. Together the two existing buildings comprise an area of almost one million square feet.

The Procon Team helped PBS envision and develop a leading edge ePM system to provide an unprecedented web-based collaborative environment for internal PBS, contractor, and customer project teams. The Procon Team first identified deficiencies in existing PBS project operations and then performed market research on suitable and available technology solutions. Working with PBS, the Procon Team authored a white paper that established the business case for moving forward with ePM procurement.

Procon’s financial management services integrate the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to perform life-cycle capital asset budgeting and accounting. We provide an array of financial management services that provide our clients with sound capital planning, budgeting, and tracking practices. We work with our clients to prepare comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and reports while tracking the performance of contracts and maintaining detailed records on commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
