She specializes in new business processing, licensing and contracting, and is familiar with the compliance areas of the securities business. She previously worked with and supported over 60 career agents in one agency. Theresa is very knowledgeable in the life insurance industry and very adept at conversing with home office personnel on behalf of the producer. She has a passion to move new business quickly through the system to get you paid sooner rather than later. She’s a tremendous asset for our agents and is an effective liaison between our producers and the new business teams with whom she works. With her professional approach and attention to detail she quickly gains the confidence of all who work with her. His education includes degrees in Electrical Engineering, Management of Technology, and Human Relations. Allan has over 25 years of business experience, the last eight in the financial services industry most recently with New England Financial where he worked with agents and clients helping them to define and achieve their goals in a unique and comprehensive way. Allan really enjoys helping the people he works with to find practical common sense solutions to enhance their individual circumstance. We are confident he will utilize his industry knowledge, people and communication skills to serve our producers well. Allan's primary interests are his family, outdoor activities, and the local community where he serves through various organizations. David is currently a board member of the Colorado Springs chapter of NAIFA, where he is the Chairman of The Young Advisors' Team.
